Standard Screw filling line
The technology is used to fill artillery ammunition with explosive by a screw method and milling the cavity to a specified depth (adjustable according to the type of ammunition).
The screw filling is a highly effective technology for filling artillery ammunition and mortar shells.
The line can be equipped with conversion and program kits for the production of calibers 76 mm–155 mm.
The DS 155 screw filling line can be equipped by semi-automatic or full automatic paint shop for the painting of shells.

Advantages of filling by screw method | Very efficient and short time of filling. Screw filling machine is placed in the bunker and works without the presence of operators.
This method uses divided bodies for quality control, it is not required quality control by X-Ray system. Universal machine for filling 76mm-155mm calibers and in very short time can be re-adjusted for filling the different type of shell. |
