Induction heating

Preheating of empty bullets that are intended for filling is designed for bullets in the range of gauges 105 mm – 155 mm.

Warning:
Semi-automatic induction preheating of missiles requires permanent presence of the operator. The inductor itself emits a strong magnetic field, so it is forbidden for personnel with pacemakers and the like to operate the equipment or be near it.

  • Water cooler
  • Positioning devices
  • Inserting and extending equipment
  • Safety features and protective fence
  • Elektrical – control system

Shells handling

The manipulation of shells is carried out by a robot in combination with linear manipulators and transport carts. The operator drives a cart with empty cartridges to be filled. The handling system then loads one of the empty cartridges for filling and automatically unloads the already filled cartridge. After filling all the cartridges on the cart, the system unloads the cart and requests another one.
